This giant single fusee dial clock would have been made for a public space like a railway station. Made By Swinden and Sons of Birmingham, it has a superb eight day single fusee movement held in pilon shaped plates with anchor escapement and large spade hands in front of a cream painted Roman dial. The case is of light polished oak with a large brass bezel.

Swinden & Sons of Birmingham are well documented in McKenna's 'Clockmakers of Central England' book and were established in 1825.

This clock has been fully serviced and comes with our two year guarantee.
